This unique journey is a 3-day, 2-night horseback expedition crossing the valleys of the Andes in Mendoza province. Along the way, you’ll cross multiple rivers, spend a night camping at Barroso Camp at 2,550 meters above sea level, and experience its most powerful moment: reaching the exact site where the Uruguayan rugby team Old Christians Club survived for 72 days following the crash of October 13, 1972.
At the site lie the remains of the Fairchild aircraft, along with crosses, offerings, and a memorial to the victims. Everything is marked by silence, emotion, and a deep sense of respect.
It is a profoundly moving and reflective ride, an experience that stays with you for a lifetime.
